We are a local supporter of several sporting clubs and employ local staff and utilise local businesses for all our requirements. This gives back and then sustains the region that we live in and is a focus of ours to support where our clients live and work.
Glenn is the mortgage broker at BMB and has been broking and running his own business for 23 years. Over this period, he has just about seen it all, so no matter how complex the situation you are not the first to have experienced this! He also used to work for the CBA for 12 years prior to this so has experience (age and grey hairs) on his side. When he’s not in the office he likes to spend time watching footy, playing golf badly and trying to catch the odd fish. Married to Shannon with 4 kids also takes up some of his time, the running around has slowed down now as they are older but he still enjoys being involved in their pursuits of football, camping & motorbike riding. The engagement with his clients and seeing their hopes & dreams come to fruition is a very satisfying part of his job and is now seeing the children of clients come to see him as well to start the dream of home ownership.
Lily is our newest broker after working here as a broker assistant for the last 4 years and yes, she is Glenn’s oldest daughter. She has completed her Bachelor of Accounting and her Diploma in Finance & Mortgage Broking. She is the social media guru at the office, so all the credit for any of this must go to Lily and definitely not Glenn! She enjoys catching up with her friends, supporting the Melbourne Storm, watching the cricket & holidays at the beach or just lounging by the pool in the warmer months. She is exciting to start broking and providing assistance to those looking for a home loan.
